I. The Integrated Rural Development Program (IRDP) – for the Peasants and IPs of Central Luzon and Northern Palawan is a project that aims to Improve the quality of life of the peasants and indigenous peoples (IPs) in the six provinces in Central Luzon and Northern Palawan. Farmer POs and IP organizations are strengthened and obtain broader access to entitlement to land and natural resources in the six target areas in Central Luzon and Northern Palawan by 2016. There are 3 Project Components of the program which are Land Tenure Improvement, Economic Support Services and Social Infrastracture Building.
II. The Coron Rehabilitation Program of Selected Communities Affected by Super Typhoon Haiyan(CRP-CASTH) is a project funded by Bread for the World and Angping Development Foundation for Education which aims to improve the livelihood of the target beneficiaries in a sustainable manner.
At the end of the project, PDI wants that the Families affected by Typhoon Haiyan in Buenavista, Tagumpay and Turda avail of housing fit for human beings and safe, the economic production of the target beneficiaries has been re-established and the beneficiaries are more resilient against potential future emergencies.
